We can offer these great rates by buying minutes in bulk from telecommunication suppliers and by reducing administration costs to an absolute minimum by avoiding registration and billing procedures and by providing customer service by email. How do I get charged? The cost of calls made via Deltacall will appear on your usual phone bill. For example, if you have a BT landline and make the call from this, the call will appear on your usual BT bill. You will not receive a separate bill from us. Are there any hidden costs? The only costs you pay are for the calls you make via the access numbers. There are no registration or subscription fees. Please note that charging begins as soon as the system answers, so if the telephone number you are calling is engaged or is not answered you will be still charged for the call to the access number. Can I call the Deltacall Direct access numbers from a payphone or mobile? You can call from any phone, but please note that the rates charged by payphones and mobile operators will be higher than the rates quoted on this website. Please check with your supplier before calling. Are there different peak and offpeak rates? The Deltacall Direct access numbers are charged at the same rate 24 hours a day 7 days a week. However, the Deltacall 0870 access number is charged at different rates at different times of day if it is not included in your monthly allowance. What is the minimum call charge? The minimum call charge is set by your usual telephone provider so please check with them. Am I charged per minute or per second?
