Prepay Services - Introduction

You can start using Deltacall to make cheap international calls immediately and the call charges will appear on your current bill. You charge up your account in advance with the prepay service so you can control how much you are spending.

To use these services, follow three simple steps:

• Step 1 - charge up your account
• Step 2 - dial the access number from your phone (landline or mobile)
• Step 3 - dial the international telephone number you need (00 + country code + telephone number + #) when the system answers

Note that if you are using a mobile phone DO NOT press send again or you will be charged the normal rate by your operator.

There are two different ways of charging up your account depending on whether you are using a landline or mobile:

• DELTACALL PREPAY LANDLINE - you call a premium rate number and a credit of £1.50 will be added to your Deltacall Prepay account and charged to your usual phone bill
• DELTACALL PREPAY MOBILE - you send a text message and £5.00 credit will be added to your Deltcall Prepay account and charged to your mobile phone bill (for contract) or taken from your balance (for PAYT)

To call the telephone number 202 844 2525 in the USA (country code 1) from a landline, look up the number to charge your account (0907 704 0748), access number (020 8497 0748) and the call costs (0.6p/minute) under DELTACALL PREPAY LANDLINE.

• Step 1 - charge up your account by dialling 0907 704 0748 (charged at £1.50 fixed fee to your phone bill)
• Step 2 - dial the access number (020 8497 0748)
• Step 3 - dial the international telephone number (00 1 202 844 2525 #) (the cost of the call will be deducted from your Deltacall Prepay account at 0.6p/minute)
